Returns & Shipping

  • Refunds are offered on all orders received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date and need to be requested Via email in contact us link.
  • All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you used multiple payment methods (eg. store credit gift card + PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card/AfterPay/LayBuy), the funds will be reversed to those methods accordingly. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your end
  • Store credit (gift card) is the default return resolution and offered on all orders received back to us within 30 days from the delivery date
  • Gift cards have an initial validity period of 36 months, however can be easily extended if you do not use it within that timeframe
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied on previous or existing orders
  • All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached
  • We offer free return shipping on all Australian orders over $100
  • If your original order did not qualify for free shipping, and you make a return, this cost will not be reimbursed by Sundaiz Store

General Shipping Information 

  • Public Holidays Shipping days do not include public holidays.
  • Sales Periods
    There may be a dispatch delay of up to 2 business days during our sale periods.
  • Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the link in the email.
  • Customs and Duty charges
    Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. These charges are to be paid by the customer.
